What this app does

Cardboard Signal Uploader is a private publishing tool used solely by the owner of the Cardboard Signal YouTube channel to upload videos to that channel. It is not offered to the public.

Data we access

Through the YouTube Data API, the app requests a single permission: manage your YouTube videos (youtube.upload). This is used only to upload video files and set their titles, descriptions, and visibility on the channel owner's own YouTube channel. The app does not read comments, subscriber lists, analytics, or any other channel data.

Data we store

The app stores an OAuth access token and refresh token for the channel owner's Google account, kept in a private server-side credential store. These tokens are used only to authenticate YouTube uploads. No video content, personal information, or tokens are sold, shared, or disclosed to any third party.

Data retention

Tokens are retained until the channel owner revokes the app's access (via Google account permissions), at which point they are deleted.
